Open the box at the post office and take pictures of any losses - (this step is very important to receive a refund for any losses). Have a postal worker document the amount of chicks that did not make it. Please contact us immediately with information and pictures of any losses. No refunds will be issued after 48 hours. | Sexing Day Old Chicks We are a 'No Kill' facility meaning we do not kill extra or surplus baby chick cockerels. For that reason all our day old chicks are sold 'straight run' (SR). With the exception of Cream Legbars. Cream Legbars are sexable at hatching because the boys are a different color than the girls. Cream Legbars are sold in pairs only. There is currently a limit of 6 Cream Legbar chicks (3 pair) due to availability. _________________________ SHIPPING SCHEDULE Shipping dates are never guaranteed While we make every attempt to ship on the date we schedule for you, sometimes it is necessary to change that date due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event that we need to change your ship date we will email or call with your new ship date. |
